The Home Modification and Maintenance Service (HMMS) undertakes modification and maintenance work on the homes of older people, people with disabilities and their carers throughout the Greater Taree City Council area.

The service’s focus is to improve safety and independence in and around the home to maximise the opportunity for clients to remain in their own homes rather that being admitted to aged care facilities.
